This park is an outdoor museum and includes 4 tracks which corresponde to the most important epochs in the history of the earth. There are excellent facilities on site; in the main building you will find a cafeteria with a terrace, where you can have a meal or just coffee. There is also a Kiosk bar and a vending machine for those that do not want to take their own food. If you do want to take your food there is plenty of picnic spots in the shade where you can eat. There is also a store where you can purchase souvenirs and plenty of parking space too. There are a number of rest rooms, so no need to worry about that ;) Oh and if you prefer to go and eat out you can go out and come back in...we did just that and went to have lunch at Pingo Doce where we paid just 24€ for the 4 of us, this included drinks and dessert, so very cheap ;)
P.S. They are very pet friendly and you are allowed to take your dog as long as it's on a leash!
